Hey there! I'm Ashlei Dang, a millennial oddball living it up in the Midwest, just outside the Motor City. Because I was born and raised like a rolling stone, with no particular place called home, I’ve enjoyed many different experiences, giving me a deep appreciation for all cultures and walks of life.
Anyway, I have a BA in English from the University of Phoenix, where I recently graduated (with honors, might I add). By day, I’m working as a Publisher’s Assistant and writing articles for GoBig Multimedia, home to Downriver’s local good-news newspaper. By night, I'm your fav drank-slangin' bartender in Detroit. My days are definitely a chaotic whirlwind of craziness and creativity, but I couldn't imagine it any other way. You could even say that I’m livin’ the dream.
My current goal? To write my way into the world of editing and publishing. I'm here to offer my skills in creating written content, editing, and proofreading to those who need it! I'm here to support writers in their efforts to share their work. You need a blog post to engage different audiences? I got it. You need some assistance in finishing your book?
